Our commitments (SLA)

Acknowledgement:
Within 48 hours of receiving your grievance.
Initial response:
Within 7 working days with a plan to resolve.
Full resolution:
Within 15 days for straightforward grievances.
Complex cases:
Up to 30 days with interim updates every 10 days.
Format:
All responses in writing (email). Phone follow-up on request.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our response or if we do not respond within the committed timeframe, you can escalate to the following authorities:

1. For data privacy issues (DPDP Act 2023):
Data Protection Board of India (DPBI)
Digital filing at the Board's online portal once operational. Details at meity.gov.in.

2. For IT Act / intermediary issues:
Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY)

3. For consumer/e-commerce issues:

Suspected data breach?

If you believe WorkSync has suffered a personal data breach affecting you, please email security@worksyncapp.com immediately. Include "URGENT β€” DATA BREACH" in the subject line so it gets priority handling.

Under DPDP Rules 2025, we are required to notify affected Users and the Data Protection Board within 72 hours of becoming aware of a breach.
